Sr Client Solutions Mgr

Job Location: Seoul, Korea

GENERAL SUMMARY


Responsible for selling the company's professional service, consulting products or outsourcing services. Works closely with technical pre-sales engineers to present customized service solutions to potential customers. Creates detailed proposals and RFP responses with bid/proposal specialists.





PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



· Responsible for developing a trusted advisor status with clients


· Can effectively interface at many levels with senior managers


· Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships


· Required to use technical acumen, relationship development, and consultative/Solutions selling skills to facilitate our transition to a solutions-based engagement model


· Leverages appropriate EMC offerings and expertise to objectively address customer needs in an effort to become their trusted advisor


· Liaison between EMC sales leadership and ISC delivery


· Responsible for identifying and pursing sales leads, identifying professional services opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline of professional services targets at assigned accounts
