Job Description:

* Managing assigned Portfolio of merchant accounts (Australia Market)
* Execution of opportunities to improve merchant processes and satisfaction
* Owns end to end resolution of reported Surcharge & Suppression cases
* Effective and efficient merchant contact planning and call campaign delivery
* Proactive identification of incremental opportunities to leverage all client contacts based on needs while potentially leveraging cross selling opportunities
* Provide first point of escalations from other contact channels
* Reinforce and demonstrate the Value Story to retain merchant and promote Card Acceptance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Essential qualifications, skills and competencies include:

* (must-have requirements. Anyone not having these will not be phone screened by the recruiter) 2 Yrs / Added Advantage - Insurance sales Banking, Financial Svcs, Contact Ctr Exp Diploma / Degree Holder
* Successful candidate - demo selling skills - Tertiary education
* Excellent command of English (both verbal & written) - clear & eloquent
* Highly effective communication skills
* Communicating the value story through use of quantitative data and analysis
* Knowledge of customer-handling skills and ability to identify opportunities for business growth
* Dynamic team player and result driven
* Adaptability to varying tasks according to importance
* Use quantitative date to prioritize time
* Strong relationship building and effective negotiation skill
* Compliance with company policies
