Description
* Create external F2F card acquisition opportunities for F2F sales team.
* Develop plans to facilitate with F2F sales teams and/or other GNICS BUs and external partners.
* Exercise locations/target audience survey to explore right opportunities and drive ROI efficiency. Negotiate and develop attractive offes with related stakeholders.
* Think out of the box to test and explore new channel to secure F2F acquisition opportunities in Taiwan.
* Co-work with sales teams to develop best selling practices.
* Streamline all F2F acquisition programs from end to end and analyze all programs results to explore best practice for face 2 face sales teams.
* Maintain existing partners to drive best-in-class ROI and BBA results.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of B2B or B2C sales function experience is a must
* Knowledge of card business, B2B, and/or marketing function
* Solid negotiation skill and presentation skill
* English fluency is a plus
* Result orientated, self starter and can work under pressure with rapid environment
* Car driving license is a plus
* Solid COLD CALL experience is a MUST
* Solid MS-Excel and Powerpoint skill
