Global Services Lead Korea

[JOB DESCRIPTION]

The Global Services Lead is a senior member of the Korean leadership team responsible for the strategic direction of all services including pre and post sales technical resources and customer services within Korea. The GSL acts as the Global Services focal point of contact for DVP and drives global services go-to-market activities in Korea.

Management responsibilities include reporting of bookings, customer satisfaction index and other operational metrics consistent with the service industry. As a business partner with the Sales Management, manages the organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment of all technical resources with the business goals.

The GSL helps sales drive EMC’s overall footprint and profitability (products and services) and identifies priorities (accounts, focus products areas) and allocate resources.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES:


· Manages / coordinates key GS GTM roles (Account GSLs, Presales, MCSDs)capabilities.

· Drives services bookings

· Helps orchestrate all services delivery capabilities with GS Bus

· Provides input into BUs end-to-end offerings and delivery capabilities

· Meets with key clients to understand their needs/priorities and help drive sales

· Manages GS pipeline and direct resources toward the largest and most profitable

EMC opportunities

· Works with DVP to define strategic plans

· Maintains awareness of key service matters and manage customer relationships

during escalations

· Provides input into the Services talent pool

· Manages the Global Services discount performance against targets

· Provides customer feedback on BU end-to-end offerings
