JOB DUTIES:
- Provide general service administration support to the MaK Asia Singapore (UU) Service Supervisor.
- Review service personnel OT and Daily International Allowance claims.
- Collect and review service engineer time
sheets, GTR reports, service reports and prepare 'service pack' for
submittal for service invoicing.
- Arrange and organize service team travel, accommodation and necessary visa applications.
- Follow up with customers on AR collection.
- Update all tooling and equipment records including annual re permitting and calibration requirements.
- Obtain supplier quotations, order placement, final invoicing and payment administration including reviewing SOA from suppliers.
- Create and open service job posting in AX projects module.
- Follow up on service quotations to customers, provide customer order confirmation upon receipt of PO.
The position develops the ability to manage the completion of its own work assignments and coordinates work with others.
