Description

· Digital Acceleration Program;
· Digital Appreciation Program;
· Digital Innovation and Strategic Direction;
· Digital Intern induction and Reverse Mentoring;
· Digital Quarterly Road shows showcasing best in class roll outs and new ways of reaching consumers.
Responsibilities:
· To help the Media Manager and Unilever Management in driving the Digital Agenda;
· To Work with roster agencies to devise digital strategy for 20+ brands;
· Implementing Robust SOPs and implement Digital governance;
· To work with stream of 25 + marketers on their Digital Requirements;
· Conducting and running Digital 101 session for marketers;
· Work closely with Regional/Global team on Digital Front;
· Owner of Digital Investment Tracker and Yearly KPIs;
Requirements:
· Team player with positive energy;
· Multitasked and Innovative thinker;
· Digital Savvy -live 24/7;
· Decision maker and can take lead on bigger forums;
· Knows the local industry dynamics;
Education:
MBA/ BBA.
Experience:
2-3 Years of Marketing or Creative or Media or Brand Management.
