EMCジャパンの営業、同時に新規採用されるFlash Storage 専任のSEと連携の上、EMCのフラッシュ製品であるXtream SF、Xtream IOの両方を日本のマーケットで拡販させることがミッションとなります。

The Flash Lead is responsible for product leadership and the revenue objectives of EMC’s FLASH solution sets.
Responsibilities
Ø Ownership of the go to market strategy for the assignment territory
Ø Understanding of the Virtualization and Private Cloud opportunities
Ø Understanding of the Archive solutions space
Ø Build and lead go-to-market for the Areas FLASH goals
Ø Assist in difficult sales and solutions
Ø Meet and exceed revenue goals for the product set
Ø Meet and exceed strategic objectives assigned by management
Required Skills
v 5-10 years sales or business development experience across a number of technologies including; IP Networks, Servers, Networked storage, Microsoft and UNIX application environments
v 1-2 years previous sales experience preferred
v In depth knowledge of channel market along with vertical understanding financial
Social network and online media company experience a plus (i.e. Facebook, Google, etc.)
v Demonstrated track record of achievement
v Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
v A strategic approach, with major account and/or major partner experience
v Experience in developing and executing lead generation campaigns valuable
v Accurate reporting and forecasting skills
v Basic knowledge of EMC's product line, with more in-depth knowledge of a subset of products or services
v Excellent knowledge of IP Storage market
v Deep technical knowledge with a number of HW and SW products. Ability to make sales calls and design solutions on their own without technical assistance
