RSA – The Security Division of EMC is looking for a passionate, high integrity, security sales professional who will identify and bring to closure, enterprise security engagements to named accounts, RSA. Organizations today face unprecedented growth in security, data and variety of information, presenting a significant business problem, as enterprise data and content increasingly needs to be tracked, retained and managed for compliance, regulations and other security information policies. RSA provides security solutions and services that solve complex security information challenges, enabling organizations to make insightful decisions and intelligently transform information into business value. As the sales representative of RSA security portfolio for Philippines; you will be responsible for representing the RSA portfolio across the region’s most respected global and regional financial institutions, insurance companies, governmental and commercial space in Philippines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop territory/account plans on focus accounts to achieve/exceed annual individual license revenue and professional services target
- Maximize RSA opportunity while providing value-added solutions to the customer
- Build Customer Champions and develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners.
- Manage effective working relationships with Core team, Technical Sales Engineers, Consulting Professionals and Channel Managers.
- Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory pipelines using EMC’s Sales Force Automation system
- Be disciplined in using company’s sales methodology in pursuing key accounts
- Travel within your assigned territory is required
- A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability in an enterprise security sales environment.
- Experience in closing six-figure security deals
- Experience in managing deals in the FSI and Governmental space is advantageous.
- Minimum of 6-7+ years related enterprise security selling experience (eg Security Information and Event Management; Security Analytics, Data Loss Prevention; Identity Assess Management; Governance Risk and Compliance, Adaptive Authentication and Fraud Action Services)
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
- Excellent people, written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the major commerce platforms for both the sell-side and buy-side domains
- Degree from a recognized university
