Channel Operations Manager

Job Location: Tokyo, Maynds, Japan


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All analytics of the channel business

  • Understand Deal Registration and Price Assistance process and be involved in escalations

  • Review of channel commissions

  • Weekly pipeline review

  • Assistance with partner name attach

  • Encourage use of CxP for deals via channel

  • Review bookings and rebate calculations

  • Standardise processes in line with APJ, to reduce Japan unique manual processes

  • Champion use of Channel OBIEE, channel adjustment tool
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Deep understanding and knowledge for Channel Business

  • People management experience

  • Must have strong English skill (need participate in regular conference call with native speakers)

  • Ability to work effectively with senior management
