＜PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES＞
- All analytics of the channel business
- Understand Deal Registration and Price Assistance process and be involved in escalations
- Review of channel commissions
- Weekly pipeline review
- Assistance with partner name attach
- Encourage use of CxP for deals via channel
- Review bookings and rebate calculations
- Standardise processes in line with APJ, to reduce Japan unique manual processes
- Champion use of Channel OBIEE, channel adjustment tool
＜SKILLS & EXPERIENCES＞
- Deep understanding and knowledge for Channel Business
- People management experience
- Must have strong English skill (need participate in regular conference call with native speakers)
- Ability to work effectively with senior management
